Our cuisine has a traditional imprint and keeps alive the recipes passed down especially from Nini.
All our dishes and all our sweets are prepared directly at the mountain hut from selected locally sourced raw materials. To maintain the most authentic flavors, we do not use semi-processed or ready-made products.
We pay attention to the needs of our Guests, trying to also satisfy those with intolerances or those who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet.
